Hey Rani,
As you know that the cutoff list increases year by year due to a lot of competition. Sorry to say but your marks are very low to get admission in neet. The cutoff for general category last year was 500+. Try next time,prepare yourself for meet. Don't give up.
And you can also try for different course.
