sir i getting 510 marks in neet ug 2019 and categorey is ebc in bihar can i get any medical callege in bihar

As per your said marks you have very very less chance to get any government medical college as per the state quota and of ebc category.

If we see the last year cutoff trend then as per your factors all colleges have cutoff closing around to 526+. So you have very less chance that merit will go down.
