Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you may get a private college. NEET cut off 2019 for OBC candidate is 133 - 107 marks.And you have scored minimum marks.But the fee will be very high if you join in private college.
I would suggest you to see the list of private colleges in India so that it will be helpful to analyse which college suits you the best.

Hey,
The cutoff is subjected to variation depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates,the difficulty level of the question paper.
If we take into consideration the previous year data,there are chances for you to get a B.H.M.S seat if you belong to OBC category for a private seat.
If you want a general seat,then you must score 300-350.
