It is difficult to determine your EWS rank, your General rank can be predicted but not the category rank. For category rank you must check with the official information released by the TS EAMCET Authorities.
Cut-offs changes from year to year a nd depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
For getting a detailed report of the list of Colleges you have chances of getting seat, based on previous year's cut-offs go through below mentioned College Predictor Tool.
