Sir I got 179 marks in meet and having ncc C with A grade, Nic camp certificate, Igc best cadet silver certificate can I get seat?

As per guidelines issued by NTA-NEET CONDUCTING AGENCY , there is no relaxation or reservation for the NCC cadets with any certificates.
With 179 marks, it is quiet difficult to get into a GOVERNMNT MBBS COLLEGE with any quota or reservation.
Though, your NCC certificate will help you to join NCC in your medical college once you get admission.
My advice is that you should take a drop of a year and prepare for next year to score good marks
