Well there are some deemed universities where you can have a chance of getting a seat.

Some colleges within your stated budget would be Arupadai veedu medical college, Yennepoya medical college, Vinnayaka mission medical college etc.

There are other colleges too but the fee structure is above 20 lakhs.
