Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to tell you but with 221 marks in NEET UG 2019, I don't think that you will be eligible to apply to any government or private college to get a seat in medical course. I think you should drop this year and appear in the examination again next year if you're determined to do this course. I hope this infoeinform was helpful!
