Its all your wish and willingness to do a course. Each course has its own pros and con's. Its your dedication and hardwork which will make you to go to great heights.
At this score you can get a management seat in AYUSH courses but since All India counselling is over and the remaining seats have been reverted to state counselling, you can try for admission in state of domicile.
Otherwise give yourself a year more and grab a seat of your choice.
