yes, you might get seats in private medical colleges. I cant say 100% guarenteed though. Good Luck.

Tq sir but either mbbs or BDS ...And around what range of fees in private colleges??

The tuition costs around 6-7 lakhs. You must consider extra expenses too including accomodation.
