Hello candidate. As you mentioned that your rank is 35868 rank in TS Eamcet there might be a chance of getting admission in mallareddy engineering college.Most important thing is that getting an admission in engineering college is mainly based on your category.As you didn't mention your category we cannot clearly say that you can get CSE or IT in mallareddy engineering college.

You can absolutely get a seat at MRCET in both CSE and IT. Since the closing ranks for 2018 were 51193, 61182, you can definitely get a seat there. Coming to MREC, the closing ranks were 14981, 20242, for CSE and IT respectively. So, you might not have a chance with this.
