Your score is not a bad one but it is difficult to get a govt College or a govt seat in private college is difficult for you as Tamil Nadu is a high scoring region. But you can try for private colleges in Karnataka like BLDE Bijapur and few other where they accept low cutoff score.

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college but you do have some chances in private medical college and that too if from reserved category but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
