sir i got 430 in gate 2018 and i am in sc caste so there are chances to get psu or iit

Yes you have good chances to get seat in IIT because of your category . But it's not possible to get a seat if you score this mark in general category

I'm not sure if you can get PSUs but iits for sure. You have to check previous year cut off.
