According your score the chances are less to get a seat under 15% quota seats and state quota seats varies state to state.

mam then in 85% qouta can ihave any chance in govt clg in andhrapradesh in obc category

As per the last year you can have the chances for state quota seats. AP is taking the admission first time for 15% quota seats through NEET.
