hey shyam ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worrued about their colleges.So with these marks you wont get admission in mbbs govt. college in AIQ but may have chances in state quota mbbs seat for obc.otherwise you can get some other course with a good govt. college.
You can get admission in a lot of college, I am not in the Medical field but know a few things. You have a decent score, and considering your reservation it would not be so difficult for you to get admission in good colleges. You must research on a few colleges, and ask experts for proper counseling. All the best!
