478 marks in NEET is too low for you to get a government medical seat under All India Quota or State Quota in Telalangana.
However,you are eligible to a private seat.There are three categories for a private medical college. Category A refers to the government quota seats and only home state are eligible to apply for this.B category seats are through Management quota. And the last category is for the NRI.
If we take into consideration the previous year cutoffs,you stand a chance to get a A category seat in a private medical college(provided you hold the domicile of Telangana).
