It would be difficult to tell you the expected cutoff as this time JEE Main exam has been conducted by NTA twice a year for the first time and scores will be normalized on the basis of Computer based exam and two attempts.
However, 48.89 seems to be a low percentile score. You should appear for the JEE Main April attempt and aim to perform better in the exam and score a better percentile.
