Dear Aayush, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Shyam Shah Medical College have been as follows:
General Category: 518
OBC: 512
SC: 397
ST: 103
So with a score of 543, you stand a fair chance irrespective of the Category you belong to.
