sir I got 555295 rank in JEE mains .is there any possibility that if I apply in c sab councilling I will get any cse seat any government college.??

Hope you are doing great there . Since you do not have access to benefits of any special category , therefore considering you a general category candidate , your jee mains rank is quite low . I regret to say this but you will not be able to get a seat in any branch of NIT or IIIT with this rank . So there is no use of participating.
