sir , i got 5700 rank in obc-ncl. can i get any iit

You can get 5-year M.Sc. courses most probably at IIT Kharagpur according to 2018 cutoffs. Please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Also, take care of the fact that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number if seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.

Your chances for getting IITs for obc rank of 5700 is very low. If your rank was under 3000 in list than, you may expect some IITs. But for this you have no chances.
