Sir I got 631 OBC rank in NIFT but there is no display of rank last selected in first round shall I apply for 2nd round please guide me

Hello Jakkula,
If with seat vacancies, the cutoffs reduce to your rank in the first counselling, you will be informed that you are selected.
In the meanwhile, you should definitely opt for 2nd and subsequent rounds in case cutoffs aren't lowered.
