With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 12000-13500. If you fall in EBC and even if you have the state domicile of Bihar I'm afraid that you may not have any chances of getting the college. But you have some chances of getting good colleges like NUSRL Ranchi and NLUJA Guwahati.
