I qualified 12th in 2018. Can I apply for NEET 2021 if i have not written NEET in 2018, 2019 & 2020 and also didnt join in BSC? Can I still write NEET 2021 if i didnt gave NEET 2018, 2019 & 2020?

Dear student
Yes, you can apply for the bsc course now. You must be a science student . Colleges admit you either with merit based or entrance based with cut offs.So, you need to choose accordingly .
