Absolutely you can appear for CAT but the college you'll get will depend on your past academic records. So try to score well in CAT which will be conducted by IIM Kozhikode this year and you can get a good college. You have a decent academics so you can get the best colleges if you score well in CAT and perform well in the subsequent selection rounds.
