Well,brother it would be easier if you had told your exact percentile.
As in your category, you have jsut in the border.
But considering your 74%ile then you are not eligible for the JEE advanced as the OBC cut off was 74.38.
So, I would recommend you to inform me your exact percentile and then I'll tell your eligbility more clearly.
