sir i got 74 percentile in jee mains january and i m from st cateogry can i got mnit jaipur

According to your percentile in jee mains in January session you general rank will be above 2,00,000 and your ST rank will be above 15k and with this rank you will not able to get MNIT JAIPUR.It would be better for you to do better in next attempt (April session .

According to your Percentile you will be qualified in the mains exam.It is not the official one but based on the prediction.The official result will be announced by NTA after April mains exam.Since your are are from ST category then there is a chance to get admission in mnit Jaipur but the chance is less if this happens then you can get admission in low branches not the top/ core branch.If you want to secure a seat in good nit then score 90-95 percentile in April mains.
