Sir I got 78.53 % in jee mains with 250000 rank in general category in which best institute I can get admission

As you are not qualified for jee so with this you can't participate in jossa. I highly recommend you to take other entrance tests there are other colleges than IIT and nit where you can secure your future. Work hard for other entrance.

You should look for the best private colleges available to you as you cannot get any government college at this much score in jee mains. I will suggest you to go for the below mentioned colleges:

Chandigarh University

Chitkara University

Upes Dehradun

Amrita University

KIIT etc.

I suggest you go for some private colleges like lpu which is good both at placements as well as academics.
