Hello Vivek,
Yes you can surely get admission in a good institution on the basis your rank obtained in JEE Mains. But you might not get your desired branch due to number of applicants with better ranks than yours. With 76,986 rank you will easily get admission in CFTI'S but getting CSE would be difficult. Also you might get NIT but with biomedical engineering or agricultural engineering branch. So in clear word you will get admission in a government college with your rank but you might not get desired branch there.
