As you have got 79% in 12th it's according to the requirements for the admission in government colleges. But if we talk about your JEE percentile then with 61percentile there are very less chances to get any government college. But still you should apply for the admission there.May be you can get a good college on the basis of your rank.
Hello shivani! If you belong to the general category then forget of getting a good college using your jee main rank.But if you are from some other category then you have very little chances of getting a college.One thing also i want to say is that you 12th score doesn't matter in getting admission in engineering colleges.Only you need to have a minimum of 65%.
