Based upon your fetched percentile in the JEE mains entrance exam you can be able to take the seat's in the SASTRA . See SASTRA University is a good engineering institute but not upto that level where the couselling is getting tougher , so don't worry about that since your academics are better you will get your preferred branch across SASTRA.
