For the percentile you mentioned will be having general rank around 19000.

NITs and SPA takes candidates through these rank for admission in barch and bplanning. There are several NITs which offers barch program like-

Nit patna,nit trich, nit rourkela,  nit hamirpur, nit calicat, nit bhopal,nit raipur etc...

Bplanning are offered by SPA bhopal etc...
