Sir I got 88 percentile in jee main April 2019 ,but the cutoff is approx 89 ,am I qualify for jee adv 2019?

Even Half Perventile below the cutoff will not qualified For Advance exam..
Soo You are not qualified For it.:(
But You have good percentile Comparatively..you can get A good college under state quota..Please Go for It
