For the provided NTA Score, it would be hard to say that you will be getting any college in Pune. Although you should try for applying in JoSAA and CSAB Special Round counselling which will ensure that you get a decent level college for completing your CSE. The score is pretty decent and you would be getting a lot of government colleges as well. But for Pune it would be hard to say.
