Sir, i got a compartment in 12th and i cleared the exam in second attempt as a private candidate. I have cleared the exam and i got my 12th result and i got migration certificate from digi locker but i need character certificate. Where can i get that ?

If you are totally private and joined with some school! or you are directly joined with the CBSE, if so all documents will be send to you by CBSE.
otherwise you will get your documents from the school, from which you have filled the form!
