Sir I got a seat in uptu &chose float.CanI rearrangemy choices asit shows unlocked in 2nd round.Without any harm to my seat,will it change?

Hi,
In the counselling process, you get an option to float which means that you have locked your seat but can go for upgradtion of seat as well as branch. So now in your case, as you say that you have put one seat to float, then you easily rearrange your choices without doing any harm to the seat because you locked your seat on this college and until you freeze it, it will stay on the same college.
