Since you have secured a very decent rank so your category wont hinder in getting good medical colleges
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have very good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in madhya pradesh through state quota .You can clearly go for the following colleges
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore
Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal
