TS PGECET releases two list for gate qualified students and other for tspgecet qualified students. And the first preference is given to gate qualified students and after seat allotment the remaining vacant seats are alloted to tspgecet qualified one. Since you have qualified for gate then i suggest you to attend the counselling when called for gate qualified students. For more information regarding the counselling process check the below link.
