sir i got general rank 3217 in OJEE in 2019and what is my rank ST category Rank then which university or college will be select me for PG?

Well you are saying that yu have got 3217 rank in ojee in 2019 and you want to join i guess mtech course in any university or college.
Well after seeing previous year closing rank and comparing it with yours , i can say that there are few colleges with few specialization in which you are having a possibility to get a seat. And regarding sc category , see it is pretty hard to say by seeing our genral rank.
