sir i got rank 2lakhs in jee open category and 12k in category(SC) I interested in branch (CSE) is there any chance to get nit

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in CSE branch on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
