Yes, it is good book. You should focus on NCERT book first to clear all your concepts and to build strong fundamentals. Syllabus is based on NCERT books only. Focus on important topics you can also solve MCQs related to it. So, that your important questions are covered.
To score good marks in NEET you can refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions, solve as many as complete mock test series to know your strong and weak areas. So, you can work upon them.
