For this you need to contact jee authorities and tell them your problem ..you can contact jee authorities through email or telephone number mentioned in jee mains website.
Or maybe you need to submit an attested document at the time of counselling if you got got selected because of January exam .
and i think it is not such a big issue that you didn't mention middle name but still contact authorities for more confirmation

Hii Ad halder, first of all please check if your father's name in his aadhar card is 'Pradip kr halder' or 'Pradip Halder'. If the name that you have provided is same as aadhar then it won't be a problem. Secondly even if it is not same it is still a minor issue as the first name and last name that you have provided are correct. Please discuss this problem with them once you go for counselling but as far as i know rest assured, it won't be a problem. Be relaxed and focus on your exams without any tension. All the best.
