Your Qualification code will be 07. It says that:
Candidates who study any other exam that has scope and standard (the last two years of the 10 + 2 study include physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology, which includes a practical test in all subjects) considered equivalent intermediate sciences. Examination of a University / Council of India, taking subjects of PCB, including practical tests in each subject and English as compulsory subject. So your qualification code will be 07.

in a similar question where a 1st year engineering student asked for code priyanka mam you told him 02 because pcb are not in engineering, so what is the reason to suggest me 07 if I am 1st year bams student

You've to fill 10+2 qualification code only since you haven't completed your graduation just done the first year of BAMS so you cannot mention anything related to graduation. And once you score good marks and get a seat in medical college on merit, automatically you'll be able to complete the formlaitites that is leaving BAMS and joining MBBS.
