Hello aspirant,
Your rank is decent in JEE main, some government engineering colleges that you can go for are given below-
NIT Bhopal ECE
NIT Raipur CSE
NIT Nagpur ECE
NIT Delhi ECE
IIITM CAE
It's preferable to go for the good NIT, but the most important thing is branch choice, if you like CSE branch and if you really want to work hard you can wait for 1 year and achieve a more high rank so that you can even go for any IIT.

Hello Karthika,
With your KEAM rank, there are very less chances to get admission into a govt. college. In case you come under some category, you can get a few colleges.
