With 438 marks you can get govt medical college in Karnataka amd Tamilnadu thriugh all india quota only if you belong to SC/St category. As pre previous year cut off if you are general or obc candidate then you must score above 500 to secure seat in Karnataka and Tamilnadu govt medical College.
