Hii Sunitha,

Caste certificate is something which states simply one's caste whereas Caste validity certificate validates the caste certificate.To apply for the Caste validity certificate one should have completed the graduation degree.As you are already in Masters degree you can apply for the Caste validity certificate.

Some of the documents which are required compulsory for the Caste Validity certificate are;

ID proof
Address proof
Affidavit for Caste certificate.

Affidavit for Caste certificate includes

Proof of self caste certificate
Extract of primary school register of applicant or father
Primary school leaving certificate
Document certifying caste issued by department of social justice
Other relevant documentary evidence issued by competent authority
