Hello aspirant,

Yes you can use the certificate of St category issued by the state government for the registration process of JEE advanced but you have to upload the document in the prescribed format as given on the JEE advanced official website as no other formats will be accepted so to prevent any future problems follow the instructions given on the official website of JEE.
