Hi Aashif,
See the thing about JCECE counselling is that the counselling procedure is carried out in such a way that different date slots are given to students on the basis of their ranks and at those particular dates you need to be physically present at the counselling venue for the round. You may not be seeing payment option because you will pay that when you go for the round itself and this make sense too as if anyone doesn't want to attend the counselling doesn't have to pay for it. You'll sit in the counselling procedure after paying the counselling fee and if seat is alloted, you have to pay for freezing the seat too. You can once again go through the counselling procedure to cross check .

Hi Aashif,The tentatives dates are :1-300 : 25th July 10 AM 301-600 : 25th July 1 PM601-1450 : 26th July 10 AM1451-2500 : 26th July 1 PMIf you are concerned about Lateral Entry First Round takes place on 8th JulyI hope it helps
