Hello Candidate,
OSC refers to weak and underprivileged or social castes of the state, which two not necessarily fall under the OBC criteria which refers to other backward classes. In the OBC category, only non creamy layer students get the benefit of reservation during admission and other purposes.
So, the general advice would be if you do not know that whether your caste falls under OSC category, then you should simply fill the general category option.
