Hi,
This year the cutoffs went very high. People scoring even 550 didn't get government seat in medical colleges. So your chances to get a government seat at 400 score is very low. But you can try for admission in private colleges if you want.If you have any kind of reservation it can increase your chances.
Otherwise give yourself one more ,work harder and grab your seat. You can register for CTSE exam conducted by careers360 where you can avail upto 100% scholarship and other rewards.
