Hey,
Every year the cutoff changes depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination. However,at 274 marks you are not likely to get any seat in the government Medical College even if you belong to Economically Weaker section of the society. However,you can apply in private Medical colleges.

With 264 marks, the chances of getting a government college is rare despite of your ews status. But, you will most definitely get a private college for yourself. Good luck.
