Because you have not mentioned your state, exact prediction would be difficult. However generally speaking, admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With SC category and 383 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota as cut offs for sc are usually around 380 for most states.
So it all depends on your state.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
